Because our products are research materials, our return policy is designed to protect product integrity and safety.

Returns
Unopened, undamaged products may be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery. Opened products cannot be returned due to the nature of research materials.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 5 business days of delivery with your order number and photos, and we will make it right.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
